Make sure your presentation is in your folder on drive or e-mailed to me (if it's a Prezi). We'll do rehearsal until break, then presentations start at 10:40. Remember, only 5 minutes maximum! Directly after presentations we'll do diplomas, and then celebrate with cake. :)

Work on your Final Presentation. Practice! Make sure it is between 3:00 - 5:00 minutes. Michigan all next week. You MUST take the Michigan to graduate!!!

Study for the Final Exam. Remember to review John Muir Study Guide material, vocab, comprehension questions, and short essays from chapters 6-10. The TOEFL vocab will be 5 words from each quiz, from list 1-11.

Finish editing your final drafts and give each essay a score on the rubric beneath it in the first column. We will make sure everything is in the right order tomorrow. All the parts of the portfolio must be finished before you come to class in the morning.

Happy St. Patrick's Day! Remember to continue editing your final portfolio essays. They will be due on Wednesday morning. The Final Exam is on Friday! Here are the parts of the Exam:

This weekend, complete your final drafts for your three portfolio essays. We will have time in class on Monday and Tuesday to read a paragraph out loud and conference on grammar mistakes. The portfolio is due on Wednesday. We will go through the order of the portfolio together in class to make sure everything is there.
It's also a good idea to review study guides 6-10 for the final exam on Friday.
Remember to relax this weekend too! Maybe go to the parade on Saturday. There will be a St. Patrick's Day themed potluck lunch on Monday. So bring your favorite food to share and remember to wear green!

You can work on finishing your Final Essay 10 at home. We will have time in class next week and the week after that to conference on this essay and your other two portfolio essays. Completing all three of them will be your homework for those next two weeks.

Complete your TOEFL 10 vocab chart. Remember to have three sources on your topic for your final essay 10 tomorrow. (If your topic is the same as your Annotated Bibliography, then you are finished!)
