For the Annotated Bibliography, you must give yourself a score for each citation and annotation by filling in the self score section of the evaluation rubric.

The Annotated Bibliography is due on Friday next week. We will have time during Writing Workshop on Monday to write annotations. We will also have midterm conferences at that time. :)

We will work on writing our Annotated Bibliographies in class tomorrow instead of the weekly essay. Make sure you have a good topic and 5 links on the list in your folder.

For your homework, complete Study Guide 6. We will share the vocabulary that you chose as well as discuss the events you selected for your timeline.

It's also a good idea to review the TOEFL vocab and Study Guides for weeks 1-5 for the midterm exam. We will review for the midterm today after lunch and on Wednesday.

Read chapter 6 this weekend. The study guide is very simple. Remember that you need to choose 10 words from the chapter to complete Part A by Tuesday. You also need to make a timeline of at least 9 important events from the chapter by Tuesday for Part B. That's it!

Our midterm exam will be on Thursday, the 8th, so it's also a good idea to review your Study Guides from chapters 1-5 and the TOEFL vocab words that were chosen for weeks 1-5.
